How the almanac is written and checked
Every read in the BonusCasino365 almanac follows one documented process. This page records it, including the parts handled by software.
Topic selection
Topics are chosen from search demand data: the questions players ask about rewards such as reload bonuses, cashback and VIP programs. The question sets the entry. Offers do not.
Sources
Reads rely on primary documents:
| Source | Used for |
|---|---|
| Operators' published terms | Match rates, caps, wagering, loss windows, point and tier rules |
| Regulators | Rules on how bonuses and loyalty schemes may be offered and described |
| Game rules and published RTP | House edge figures used in value sums |
| Official statistics | Market or player data where a read needs it |
Each claim links to its source. Reads written under this process end with a list headed "Source notes". Changeable terms carry the date they were read. Reads without source notes come from the almanac's earlier process.
Drafting
Drafts are written with the help of AI writing tools, working to a brief and to the sources gathered for that read. A draft may only state what its sources support. Value figures are arithmetic on those sources, so any reader can repeat them.
Checks before publication
Automated checks run on every read before it goes up. They confirm each claim has a source, test the links, and compare figures and dates against the sources. A read that fails is held back. The almanac does not claim human expert review, and it does not claim to have played or tested any offer.
Corrections
Report an error through our contact form. Confirmed errors are fixed, and a read that changes in substance shows an updated date next to the byline.
Updates
Operators revise their terms often. When a source changes, the read and its dates are updated. Until then, the operator's current terms apply.
